Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Travel Assessment Service.

We base travel fees on round-trip distance from our Atlanta base, estimated drive time, parking or toll costs, and required team size. After reviewing your address and event details, we provide a clear, itemized travel estimate before booking.

We recommend booking a travel assessment at least two to four weeks before your event. Larger productions or weekend dates benefit from earlier notice so we can confirm staff, travel logistics, parking permits, and any special equipment transport needs.

Yes. The travel assessment evaluates necessary setup time and any additional stylists or technicians required. Travel fees cover transportation logistics only; service rates for each team member are quoted separately. We'll present a combined plan so you know total arrival and staffing costs.

Yes. When we deliver your travel assessment, mileage and estimated drive time are itemized in the travel estimate. Any tolls, parking fees, or overnight accommodations will be listed separately so you're fully informed before confirming travel arrangements.

Absolutely. For locations beyond greater Atlanta we can perform a remote travel assessment using maps, drive-time tools, and client-provided photos. If complexities arise, we may recommend an in-person site visit. Any additional travel costs will be disclosed upfront.

Provide the full venue address, event start and end times, loading zone or parking details, contact person and phone, number of service recipients, and any access notes. This information lets us calculate accurate travel fees and plan arrival and setup logistics.
